Shipping & Returns

 

Thank you for shopping in our store. We are happy to deliver anywhere within Hong Kong. For orders outside Hong Kong, please send us your wish list and we will get back to you. 

 

Please also note the following:

1. Once the order is submitted, it cannot be modified, please verify all the contents before placing the order.

2. All items cannot be exchanged for style, color or any other reason.

3. If your ordered item is out of stock or not available for purchase, we will give you a full refund for that item.

4. Since the logistics may be affected by different factors, our store can only try to deliver the goods to the customers as quickly as possible. Our store does not accept requests for returns due to transportation delays.

5. Within 7 days after the arrival of the goods (starting from the arrival day of the goods), if there are any serious defects, such as damages and cannot be used normally (but not including scratches or man-made damage, etc.), our store can exchange the goods (but no refunds).

6. All products must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact within 7 days.

7. Returned goods that are not in new condition, not well packaged, stained, or lacking any parts or components of the goods will not be accepted. We reserve the right to determine the above mentioned conditions.

8. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

9. If you have a request for a replacement, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to our store (email: sales@ascentmood.com / whatsapp: 5288 5388) so that our staff can review your return request.
